Please read all items prior to booking your appointment. 

 

Clients who choose to sell with us will be asked to sign a contract with our terms of selling, which include responding to your estimate within 1 day & picking items up within 2 days after the estimate has been accepted or denied. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of being contacted you agree to automatic digital payout of store credit and to surrender your items. 

 

Our standards for resale include: 

- Must be clean 

- No stains, rips or tears 

- There must be a size tag 

- Age appropriate content 

- We accept maternity wearables, infant & youth clothing size premie to youth XL 

- We accept shoes, toys, books & accessories 

- We do NOT accept underwear 

- We do NOT accept furniture 

- We do NOT typically accept large baby items like swings, bouncers, etc.

but please call us with the make & model if you are unsure   

 

We pay cash or digital store credit for items, and the payouts are the same regardless. 

 

Our prices are low to accommodate growing families, and therefore our payouts are also low.    

 

If we deny your goods due to wear & tear we are happy to take them to NCT Recycling on your behalf.  

 

We may deny your goods if we are overstocked but we are happy to donate to Little Willows or Birthline on your behalf. We have limited space in our store so we have a low holding capacity and we appreciate your understanding as it is not a negative reflection of your goods.
